FONDA, N.Y. - With one race remaining Warren Alexson has narrowed the PEAK CUP points chase down to a five point difference. Last years champion Chuck Alessi from Middletown, New York is still on top heading into the points finally at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park this weekend but the 3A of Alexson has closed considerably in his quest for his first Points Championship.
Jeff Van Steenburg is also in striking distance of the dynamic duo and vows to make it a “Real Race” for the CUP at “The Wheels”. Rolling Wheels suits Van Steenburg’s driving style making for a very interesting finish of the 2008 Race season.
The No.19 Delivery wagon Pilot wants to add to his present “Hardware Collection” but if Warren has anything to say it will be a much different ending in his favor! They will be delivering the trophy to a different address this season. Van Steenburg plans on adding to his family’s rich racing history and this would be the race to start it!
