FULTONVILLE, NY – The 2009 season is quickly coming together for the Capital Region Sprint car Agency. Several tracks have expressed interest in hosting the wing wonders during the quickly approaching season and various groups have contacted the agency regarding sponsorship opportunities.
Two mainstays from 2008 are returning to the tour for this season. Ed Monger and Magsarus Ignition Systems of Albany, N.Y., has come on board once again they are sponsoring the Hard Charger award. During each event in 2009, the driver that advances the most positions in the field will earn the Magsarus Hard Charger award adding some extra money to his envelope at the end of the evening. Pancho’s Racing Products, of New Oxford, Pa., is going to take a larger role during the 2009 campaign. Pancho’s has helped the tour in various ways the past few seasons but this year they are taking a larger role. Pancho’s will be the official sponsor of the year long Rookie of the Year Award and they are also going to sponsor each event with racing product certificates.
