AMA Champion Coolbeth to Run With CRSA

FULTONVILLE, N.Y. – The three-time AMA Grand National Flat Track Champion Kenny Coolbeth is scheduled to appear with the winged warriors of the Capital Region Sprint Car Agency for a pair of events in the month of June.

Coolbeth is set to get behind the wheel of the Marshall Motorsports No. 21 which is normally piloted by Ben Rizzo of Wallkill, N.Y. It is his first ever start with the drivers of the CRSA.

Coolbeth, of Warren, Ct., is scheduled to appear with the club on the weekend of June 12 and 13. His first night of competition will be at the tight confines of the Accord Speedway. The high banked quarter-mile owned by Gary Palmer is one of the fastest tracks on the Capital Region Sprint Agency schedule. Last season Andy Bachetti and Jeremy Quick each earned feature wins on the reconfigured oval.

On Saturday night, Coolbeth will head down Route 17 to the historic five-eighths mile Orange County Fair Speedway. The last time an event was run at the speedway Billy Jaycox Jr. visited victory lane.
